Q: What locations do you ship to?

A: We offer home delivery to the United States and all 14 departments of El Salvador. Our shipments originate from our warehouses located in California and San Salvador city.

Q: I've completed my order. Should I contact you to confirm?

A: There's no need. Our ordering system is fully automated. Once you fill out the purchase form or place your order, all you need to do is wait at your home for the courier to deliver your order.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive at my home?

A: Delivery takes 2 to 6 business days for El Salvador and 7 to 14 days for the United States, depending on your location. You will receive a notification on your phone, and the courier will contact you a few hours before delivery to ensure you are at the delivery address.

Q: Do you accept cash on delivery?

A: Yes, but only for El Salvador. If you placed your order through the purchase form, payment must be made in cash to the courier upon delivery, who will be properly identified.

Q: Do you accept other payment methods?

A: Yes, we accept international payment methods such as credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, among others.
